Buying a property can be a complex process. We act as a single point of contact between you and the architects, engineers and craftspeople involved. With us, creating the home of your dreams has never been easier. Our team will support you at every step, from the first viewing to the handover of the keys to your new home. Below, you will find the details of the process.
Book a viewing. We will show you a model apartment and the residence/plot you are interested in.
If a property interests you, you can reserve it through our team. All you need to do is sign a reservation agreement and pay CHF 20,000 into our trusted notary’s escrow account. If, for any reason, you are no longer interested in the apartment, the notary will refund the amount paid.
Once the key points have been defined, a draft contract will be prepared, followed by the signing of the official deed.
Once the apartment becomes your property, we move on to any customisations. Depending on the stage of the project, changes to the interiors may be possible.
The next step is choosing the finishes. With our trusted craftsmen, you will be able to select flooring, wall coverings, kitchen and bathrooms. You will have various budgets available, which you can find in the technical specifications for your residence. Any differences will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.
Once all the details have been defined and you have made your selections, you will receive a digital visualisation of the finishes. The craftsmen will then prepare the quotation, which must be signed before work can begin on site.
Once the work is complete, all that remains is for you to enjoy your new home!
