Residenza Alle Campagne will consist of four residential buildings, each comprising five apartments and two exclusive penthouses. The apartment layouts range from 2 1⁄2 a 5 1⁄2 rooms. The residence is characterised by refined design and high-quality materials, spacious living areas, kitchens with islands and covered terraces  The exterior architecture features exposed concrete and glass parapets. The project also includes the creation of a small park. It is also possible to customise the apartment according to your wishes, choosing all interior finishes.  Bathrooms and kitchens are defined together with the client and built to measure, ensuring a touch of class for each luxury apartment.To guarantee maximum privacy and tranquillity, particular attention is given to the excellent thermal and acoustic insulation of the building. Heating with a heat pump and solar panels helps keep costs low.  The apartment will feature a hybrid cooling system that combines the circulation of cold water through the coils with an air-conditioning unit supporting the underfloor cooling system.
