Residenza Riflessi del Lago consists of two residential buildings, each comprising six luxury apartments and two penthouses. All apartments feature large windows, outdoor terraces and an unobstructable lake view. The development includes a wellness area complete with sauna, Turkish bath and outdoor swimming pool.

The residence will be located at Via delle Vigne 91 in Minusio, one of the most sought-after municipalities in the Locarno area. South-facing, Residenza Riflessi del Lago enjoys a magnificent 180-degree view over Lake Maggiore.
By car, Locarno can be reached in five minutes, Ascona in ten minutes and Lugano in 30 minutes. Milan Malpensa Airport can be reached in 90 minutes, while Zurich Airport is approximately two and a half hours away.
