LE TRE PALME
The “Le tre Palme” Residence is a luxury residence featuring large terraces. The project allows for the full customization of interior spaces and finishing works. Heating is provided by a geothermal heat pump, supported by solar panels for domestic hot water and summer cooling via a heat exchanger, all of which help to keep heating and energy costs to a minimum.

THE LOCATION
The residence is located in a particularly quiet residential area, enjoys a beautiful view over Lake Maggiore and faces south. The bus stop, which connects Minusio to Locarno every 15 minutes, is just 50 meters away. The Minusio lakeside promenade, with its beautiful walkway and restaurants, is only 500 meters away.
The new FFS train station in Minusio is only 500 meters away. By car, you can reach the center of Minusio in 2 minutes, the center of Locarno in 5 minutes, Ascona in 10 minutes, Lugano in 30 minutes, and Milan Malpensa International Airport in just 90 minutes.
